Changing drop off location for QF/EK Chauffeurs Service

Dear FT,

I booked the return airport pick up from Sydney airport back to my home. Want to change the dropping off location. Called the Brunel Service and the lady said I could just tell the driver on that morning when he meets me at the airport. Do I need to call Qantas about this? May be the driver has another job after me and don't have the extra time? Can I change this online?

No, can't change it online. I'm surprised the Brunel person didn't note the change, but ultimately they're right - just tell the driver on the day.

QF couldn't care less where the driver takes you.
