Pretty inappropriate time to be encouraging people to be doing multiple shops per day.

Particularly in Victoria where it would be illegal.

Offer also isn't showing in my Rewards App, so I can't boost it (I'm in Sydney)

Rick93 probably did one single shop, but checked out 5 times in one go at a self serve. Since there's no minimum spend, you could just put five chocolate bars in a basket and pay for them in five separate transactions and swipe your card every time.

Have you checked your logged in page on the EDR website ?
Not sure if there, but I'm in Sydney and it came through to my phone app a few days ago ... but only valid from today.

I believe @moa999 was referring to this being an inappropriate time for EDR to run this as a promo, and as someone in Melbourne I agree wholeheartedly. The fact they didn't re-think this promo in light of the situation in their second biggest domestic market is concerning, to say the least.
