Introduction of BASIC fare family
On Saturday the 3rd of June 2023, Air Canada will be introducing a new economy class fare family for Point of Sale/Point of Origin, Australia, and New Zealand.
The new Basic fare family will initially be a restrictive economy class only option called “Basic”
The new Basic fare family will initially be available in our lower economy class booking classes/RBD’s of - “G, K, L, T, S, W.”.
