Hi,
has anyone had any experience with AC "on my way option" - its essentiallly a ticket option which entitles you to prompt AC assistance in event of travel disruption.

		 ) then the concierge (1 to 3 real people at 8 Canadian and about 10 more international airports) actively monitor your flights and if there is going to be a missed connection, they re-book you before you know it.  If you are running late some-how and call, they will call and make hotel reservations; they will search out and hold airport lost property for you etc etc.  You can visit their office at the airport and catch up on airline gossip, if you so choose!
