I am planning a stay at Hilton Tokyo (Shinjuku) in November with 3 adults. It appears that I am better off to buy points than pay the current price. Am I reading this correctly?

I have 58500 points and Gold status. I could buy 20000 points for around $220, saving $285. So I figure if I buy 22000 points for A$245, I could book Days 1 – 4 for the cost of my 58000 points + 4 x $115 + $245 = $705. Then pay for Day 5 adding up to $1285.
Have I got this right?

			| Day | Full Price | Points and Pay | Points only |
| 1 | $400 | 20000 + $115 | 50000 |
| 2 | $400 | 20000 + $115 | 50000 |
| 3 | $400 | 20000 + $115 | 50000 |
| 4 | $400 | 20000 + $115 | 50000 |
| 5 | $580 | na | 50000 |
