ANZ Frequent Flyer & 2 QF Club Passes - another QF failure

Requested my 2 complimentary QF Club to pass onto family nearly 2 weeks.

Still waiting for them to appear in my account.

Yesterday's email from ANZ.



The family member will be returning before the passes can be used.

I now see in another thread members are having trouble linking existing complimentary passes to a current booking.

That could explain why I haven't received mine yet, I requested that on the 24/03/2022, but they never appear in my Qantas account. Might need to give them a call to find out.

Did anyone who signed up to this card receive a random 20,000 credit card bonus?
Dropped into my account after the first month's statement in addition to the points earned for normal spend. Hoping this is not the total sign-on bonus and hoping (even more!) that I don't need to call their call centre to check!
