Award Booking Issue with ZQN

We are travelling to New Zealand in late January and wanting to make an award booking from Melbourne to Auckland to Queenstown and back to Melbourne.

Doing a mutil-city search and MEL to AKL is fine .... but when it get to AKL - ZQN and ZQN - Mel the following error message appears.

• Qantas.com flight search error:
  We are unable to find the requested outbound on any departing flights of the airlines that we search. (# 9200)

I have checked the Qantas schedules and see there are flights between AKL-ZQN-MEL (although Jetstar).

We did the same trip a few years ago and wasn't a problem. Does anyone have an idea or should I call them.

Yes. Agree. Try Seperate bookings if you need to go via AKL for some reason.
