And for me Mumbai will always be Bombay as well for that is what it was called when I was thereon my first international trip.


I also watched a few more BA ads in that series and they are all exceptionally well made with a real human touch and "realness" to them.

Impressive. The tag line - "It's never been just about flying" - is classy.

Although I think it's a little complicated by the fact BA doesn't fly between Mumbai and New York as the audio suggests.

I can see why you got something in your eye. It reminds me of a press photo about 15 years ago when the Australian cricket team was playing a Test I think in Calcutta. Matt Hayden and a couple of other team members were walking thru the slums, and were being followed by a bunch of kids, all dressed in rags including a young girl about 8 years old. She was just walking alongside Hayden and looking up at him in awe. It looked like she was following the Messiah. It is a pic I will never forget.
