Bag interline at JNB QF to KQ?

I'm travelling PER-JNB as a QF codeshare on SAA metal in August and continuing to NBO on a separate ticket purchased on Expedia.

Should I expect that QF/SAA will be able to link my tickets and reliably interline my checked bag so I can transit JNB without having to collect my bag for re-checking?
