Coronavirus Hotspots Maps?

I was trying to find a map of Coronavirus hotspots in Victoria on Google, and found nothing.
Wouldn't it be nice to know if one is in a hotspot, or where those hotspots are so as to avoid them?
I know they exist because there are news reports of possible government action at hotspots.

However, I did find a limited map of Australian hotspots in the Daily Mail UK - Australia - which seems to publish stuff Australian papers don't.

The Government would probably not want anything too granular released because of the inappropriate community reaction that may occur.

For example release it and then everyone there then panics and flees thus spreading the virus even more.

However the red flag areas are I believe mainly in NSW. If they are announced it will be a preceded by declaring quarantine zone.

Funny (in a way) that we can obtain this sort of information (maps) from the UK press, but not here.

I’m not a big fan of bureaucratic secrecy with this stuff, as it leads to distrust. At least we can lock ourselves indoors if we are in/near a hotspot. I’m not sure that we can realistically flee too far if that‘s what the bureaucracy is concerned about.

I know that the government are monitoring cluster areas, hotspots, but as stated above given the Toilet Paper Wars do you really think that it would end at all well releasing such data to the general pubic? Releasing the red flag areas would make the Toilet Paper Wars look mild, and as I already stated would actually just serve then in spreading the virus.

If we might for a moment pay attention we know there was serious spread from 4 events in Sydney (and not Hillsong, so far) plus cruise ships

I think you are correct about their thinking.

On the other hand, from a personal perspective, I wish I'd had the map above the other day during our trip to Tasmania - since the only supermarket we went into was last Wednesday to buy a carton of milk - and it was at the Woolworth's Wellington St Launceston one, listed on the map. Had we known, we could have worn masks - or gone to Coles further down the road.

On the other hand, if the hotspots were known, it would most likely be easier to put on N95 masks and actually find toilet paper in the afflicted supermarkets.
