coughet Lounge

Retuning from coughet yesterday done check in through the Gold/Shaphire etc check in,then was escorted by a very friendly check in girl through Fast Trak Immigration,Security ,then up another floor to the Coral Lounge,.All the times we have been to coughet with a One World carrier we have never had a Lounge to Visit,Has this just Started because of the New Airport? Or has MH always had Lounge access,food and beer was plentiful,and free neck massage if you wanted,very inpreseed indeed.

I can't recall the last time I flew MH Y from HKT - have done J a couple of times as a cheap and convenient status run. J obviously got full perks (fast track and lounge access) in the old terminal.

Flying MH Y from BKK a couple of years ago, I was given a third party lounge pass at a time of morning when no oneworld lounges were open, which was unexpected.

food and beer was plentiful,and free neck massage if you wanted,very inpreseed indeed.

The new Coral Lounge is quite decent though fairly small. The Coral First Class Lounge appears similar but slightly more refined.

Interesting to see some uniformed flight crew and cabin crew (not sure what airline) in the Coral Lounge, don't think I've ever seen that before.
