So around 15 months ago I decided I needed to get healthy, too many of us enjoy our lifestyle without monitoring our health. Nothing extensive but I use my lunchtime to walk, usually 100 klm per month. Recently turned 59, lost 6k last year at the same weigh as 21. 		 ). On the road, I basically make up my own workouts based on the sometimes VERY limited equipment in the hotel gyms. Fortunately the hotel in LAX has a decent gym with a couple of weights to throw around.

		 Trying to get back into the gym on my off days, but had a bout of injuries.... Started up boxing classes again but need to get back to doing weights. One thing at the time so slow and steady at the moment
