Heathrow Arrivals - lounges - CX J class

Landing at Heathrow 6am on Cathay Pacific J class - what if any are our options for a quick shower and change before heading into London?
I don't think our hotel has a gym or similar for a shower and room access wont be available until 3pm.

There's the American Airlines Arrivals Lounge in Terminal 3, if that is where you are flying into. CP J (I presume you are on Cathay Pacific) is ok for entry. To get to it, after you get through customs, swing around to your right and head for the lifts. It's up on the second floor.

I didn't have time unfortunately to try out the food - it was through the shower, new shirt and out the door. I'll make sure I try it out next time though

How did I miss those?! It was 7am after all, but then i can think of many AFF'ers who would consider that an ultimate faux pas not to 'liberate' at least one bottle
