How reliably is Cathay Pacific at the moment

Hi all.

How reliable is Cathay Pacific in getting back to Australia at the moment. They seem to availability returning from HKG to Australia in January for not-too-crazy prices. And the corresponding flights seem to be flying this month according to flight radar.

But, I’ve read they’ve had rostering issues and aren’t too reliable. Can anyone shed any more light on this? Thanks
