I didn't realise existing bookings would count? I have 3 nights booked in June that will be lucrative if they do. I looked at rebooking and cancelling but the tariff has increased too much to make it worth while

I am certain existing bookings count. I have also checked the current terms with each of the offers and they only mention booking to be completed between offer period.

My Accelerate Q2 offer is nowhere near as good as above offers made to others. Feeling decidedly shortchanged here. Why would they do that? I'm a Platinum Ambassador and would think they would not skew offers away from loyal members at premium status levels.

But if this is how IHG show their loyalty to me I might find another brand to spend my money on.

I actually feel feel a bit insulted by what I have been offered.

If anyone from IHG Rewards Club reads this forum and thinks they can (and should) amend my offer before I start making my bookings on another brands website, feel free to contact me within about the next 7 days.

OMG, do you really think they give a damn about us down here. Here's proof, like you I am an ambassador except I am the next step higher i.e. Spire elite. You would think that would make you special but I paid for my ambassador membership for this year during December last year (now 5 months ago) and as yet I and apparently all Spire elite ambassadors still have not received our membership kits (our free night voucher, special thank you letter, even our membership cards and the 15000 free points for joining.) The reason,..... they are having problems with the supplier of the membership cards. No they can't send the free night voucher, No they can't let you have the points we quite rightly deserve etc etc

So back to your problem, Do you think they will care less if you go to another chain

This is the equivalent of the partner who spends all day in their pyjamas. They think they've got you and can't be bothered anymore. Flirtation with a new partner works better with hotel loyalty than in real life.
