I did buy a replacement pair of Arche shoes online in the PS sale. They are to replace the Arche lace up shoes that I haven’t travelled without for 10 years. I nearly cried when the sole needed to be replaced. I got the sole replaced, but the shoes are just not the same. I’m hoping that the new pair will be just as good. They are still in the care of Australia Post, so I’m yet to try them.

I took Mrscove to the Bulgari store in South Coast Plaza California. I let her pick what she loved. She rarely takes it off so that worked a treat.

I am just an interloper, I dislike shopping however MrsM likes to shop. We are off to NYC in April and going via Tokyo, London and back through Tokyo just in case we missed something first time around. MissM now fits into small Japan ladies clothes and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I have been told I only have myself to blame, whatever that means.

When my son lived in NYC for 7 years this was a regular day trip on our USA holidays. Hire a car and leave early to max the day. You will spent way too much but compared to here and the UK this is the place to shop IMO.

In Japan I love Muji shops, and make sure you try a mocchi ball ( flavoured iced cream inside a rice paper wrapper)

I had bought a jelly baby lion for grandbaby. DIL looked at it and said that he had so many stuffed toys already. To which I replied, Yes, I know, that’s why this one is staying with me. Boom tish! I’ve been advised he has enough clothes already. I have to sneak the odd thing in. I have bought a really gorgeous jogger pram that seems to have gone down a treat.

I ended up cancelling the other month. Paid about $40 for shipping a $20 purchase. It shipped before I could choose a cheaper option. Arrived very quickly.

Apparently as long as not oversized, "Don't see package count or dimension input? MyUS calculates rates by weight, regardless of package size and count. "

Which was very close to the online shipping rate calculator and they manage GST payment which I wasnt expecting (thought I would have to pay direct before delivery).

Got a selection of delivery prices, ranging from 1 to 10 days, $90USD to $138USD. I selected the 2-5 day Fedex delivery and remember the $120USD incs my GST. Could also select/click remove shoe boxes, add bubble wrap, request photos (for extra cost) ect. They even had a scan of original invoice from sender online. The 30 day free trial includes item consolidation so if you want to go crazy, buy from a few stores but remember, they charge by weight. To be honest, impressed by how easy it was and now I wait.

If only the exchange rate was better - I could go crazy.
