Media request: What are your thoughts on Asian vs Western airlines?

I am a reporter from The Korea Herald writing an article on the popularity of being a flight attendant in South Korea. I would love to know what frequent fliers have to say regarding the difference between Asian and Western airlines... which do you prefer and why?
