Old cancellations in my QFF account

I just logged in to my QFF account and found 2 credits for 10k points and 2 debits for 6k points cancellation fee for flights I cancelled in March 2022. I still have 2 cancellations from April 2022 outstanding. My question is, didn't the covid cancellation policy then allow fee free cancellation?

You shouldn't have been charged the cancellation fee for cancelling a Classic Reward booking back in March 2022.

The Flexible Classic Flight Rewards policy ended 30 September 2022 for domestic bookings and 31 December 2022 for international and trans-Tasman bookings.

You'll need to call Qantas to get the fee refunded, and also to chase your refunds from April 2022.

Thanks. I'll give them a few days and hopefully my other cancellation might be processed. Then I can get everything sorted at once. Theses were QF ticketed award flights on KLM.
