There is an eco-lodge in Brazil that only takes bank transfer and cash. They need 1/3 to make the booking. I don't normally use this form of payment but in this region there are no other options and they aren't on Booking.com or similar. I would prefer to use a points earning card to fund it but not pay cash advance fees. I have a Wise debit card but they code credit cards as cash advances. Any other options?
