I'm currently sitting on some of their Pertaringa Shiraz and Cab from around 2020, it was far too young when I had a bottle last year, but hoping it will be good once it develops.

To add to this, decided to crack another bottle of the 2020 Understudy Cab Sav tonight after making this post. 2 hour decant, massive tannins on it. Lost some primary, nothing tertiary yet.

A bit "Stealers Wheel" for those playing along at home.

Will revisit next year.
