I emailed my Qantas Club renewal form to support @Aff a week ago but have had no acknowledgment that it was received let alone sent on to Qantas. I've followed up by email and online enquiry but no response. I'm a bit concerned as my credit card details are on the form. Does anyone have any idea how I can contact AFF support o find out what has happened?
