Hi All

Courtesy of EK gold, I have decided to start flying Qantas after a 10 year hiatus. Any tips on how to get the most out of the Syd lounge? Trying to sort out an AA challenge before the flight as Syd-Sin return in PE should get me over the line and OW status.

There's not much to say "get the most" out of the SYD T1 Business Lounge. It's not like the superior First lounge which is above it where there is a la carte restaurant service and spa.

Just find yourself a nice spot in the lounge to relax, pour yourself a drink, grab a snack and take it easy.

There are some computers if you need to catch up with work, or you can use the long high benches if you prefer those for working space. Wine is often also available at the ends of these long benches.

Showers are located to the left (as you enter the lounge) side of the lounge. Towels and mats are provided in the shower rooms; grab a toothbrush and shaving set from the shower reception as you pass if need be.
