The ailing Kooralbyn resort is to become a Ramada and due for a $10m update.

This resort I think was the first golf themed resort in Australia, so it will be interesting to watch it's progress.

I had some involvement in the original project.
I could never understand building so so much infrastructure in the middle of nowhere.
Imnsho It remains a functional and financial black hole that will never make a buck… but what would I know…...

what do you mean? this was announced 5 years ago, and has been open and running for about 3 years now
