UA MP Miles no longer expire

Just got an email from United, who mention that a-la Delta, their miles no longer expire after 18 months:

Have you heard? Miles never expire.

We're always looking for ways to enhance our MileagePlus® program. So that's why effective immediately, miles no longer expire.

We hope this change makes it even easier for you to make the most out of your MileagePlus experience.

I stumbled onto this change by coincidence yesterday. My Miles were due to expire next month so I did a couple of surveys that pushed them out to Feb 2021. When I went back in last night, there was a banner showing “Miles don’t expire”!

Got the Email this morning.
