Sorry if this is elsewhere, but I haven't got time to look for it ...

Can somebody confirm the CORRECT address in the USA to send an RA referral voucher to ??

( I don't have the original envelop ... will that make a difference to processing ?? )

Gee, I thought someone would have been able to 'rattle it off' ...

Don't matter, I was advised of it through another means.

Still, would be reassuring, if someone could confirm the Salt Lake City address ??
