For the past two years I have carefully ensured that Mabuhay Mile numbers are entered on points earning PR itineraries.
I check the MM account after one month and the miles just never post at all.
I make a claim via the online claim tools and it works immediately recognising the flight/ticket details.
It's almost as if they don't have an automated process running to process the miles unless customers action it.
What experience are others having?
