No Value in Business Class?

When redeeming frequent flyer points, Business class typically costs double the number of points as an Economy class ticket. The difference is even starker with regular airfares, where a Business ticket can cost up to 10x as much. While some members prefer to fly Economy and enjoy the savings, others consider this money well spent.
Many members recognise the value in having a seat that converts into a lie-flat bed, as well as the enhanced service and privacy on board. The Business class experience is not limited to the on-board product, either. Perks like priority check-in, a higher baggage allowance and lounge access all add to the value. As a result, numerous members say that travelling Business class allows them to enjoy, rather than endure, the journey to their destination.
Our members do agree on one thing: that after flying long-haul in Business class for the first time, it can be very difficult to go back to cattle class!
