One thing you can do is find out if a card was ordered for your account. In BOB, go to self service -> Pin & Activate card. If there is not a card listed for the Qantas Transaction account, then one hasn't been ordered for your account. You can resolve that by giving them a call.2nd payment into account today.....will bpay it to citi on Monday. Put in application around 20 April still no card....,complained to teller this morning who will escalate it.
