For your advice: I have booked a premium economy return from SYD to Helsinki on a business trip the cost around A$5800 in August 2017. Saw so business class promotion on Qatar and Finnair online at the around $6000 mark, should I cancel my Qantas Premium economy (at a fee of A$600) to look at other airline's business class? Budget from the company should cover up to $6500.

Your suggestions welcomed.

I would cancel it - flat bed is an enormous improvement. QF/AY or CX/AY should come in well under budget

No question really. That PE fare is outrageous. Business class is a quantum leap up. Even if work doesn't pay the difference, I be shelling out of my own pocket!

I tried on FinnAir website and Ithere is a flight from Sydney QF025 to HND and connect from Narita to HEL. How could I travel from HND to NRT? Is the transfer included? Will the luggages be transferred automatically?

Travel between the two is simple - either a bus (just outside after the arrivals hall) or by train. This is at your own expense (bus is Y3100, journey time 1-1.5 hours).

Bags will not be tagged through, you have to collect them and take them with you.

I've done the transfer - you take your own bags but it is easy by bus.
The bus ticket booking office is right at the baggage collection.

Good move! Enjoy your flight. There's a good chance that one or more of your flights will be operated by Qantas anyway with a Finnair codeshare. But you'll be in business instead of PE :)
