Just wanted to provide a positive comment about China Airlines - I was booked to fly at Christmas J class to London, but decided to cancel as its looking unlikely that we'd be able to travel in Dec.
I cancelled online Monday and received a refund to my credit card in 48 hours

No, fee of $250 as I cancelled outside of the current fee waved travel period, but happy to get money rather than travel voucher as appears to be getting common practice
