I got the 2013 GL too. I saw it at the checkout and asked for it without realising it was a cellar release and the staff ok’d it because it was the same price. I don’t think they knew it was cellar release either. I felt awful when I realised...

I don't know how you people get your order delivered.
I paid for an order on August 31 but have not received my oder yet.
I contacted the "urgent" customer number and waited 4 days for a we are busy response.
No delivery in 12 business days is a massive service failure in my book.

Sorry! I should have said that I felt awful because I’d kind of insisted... They weren’t anywhere near the cellar release section and I got confused because 2013 and 2016 were priced identically. I felt bad that I stuffed up their inventory numbers!

I’d like to share positive experience with Get Wines Direct.

My order of Twisted Trunk 2017 arrived today but instead 6 bottles there were only 4 in the box. It was bizarre, never experienced something like that. Called to report the issue, they were also puzzled and promised to check and be in touch. Within two hours I got notification of partial refund issued on my PayPal account. No arguments, no excuses.

Excellent customer service!

I notice the wine is Glen Eldon twisted trunk shiraz 2017, not Reserve Shiraz, when I google it, I can't find non-reserve twisted trunk shiraz. I guess this is the special version of twisted trunk, and that's why sold at a lower price.

Do you guys all get Glen Eldon twisted trunk shiraz 2017(not reserve)? They are definitely different wines.

Has anyone here tried the Hardy's HRB shiraz, and have any thoughts on its quality? I have $20 in my Cellar One which will bring it down to $20/bottle, but would be curious as to whether or not anyone recommends it.

It's not bad. But there's plenty of things I'd be buying from Cellar One before this.

Thanks, I'd love it if they got more of the 375ml Blackwell's back in, but apparently they won't be getting any more till the end of the year which I suspect will be the 2018 vintage.
