Crowd were a bit of a disgrace at times this tournament IMO. Especially for a final there should be zero tolerance

Towards end of game Head of Security asked us for detailed history of what happened in our section before we were moved. Apologised and enquired after our well-being… they also interviewed others who had been moved …. apparantly they are not allowed to evict by disruptive shouting alone . It’s when swearing offensive or physically abusive. Agreed their hands are tied .. too high a threshold IMHO

I dare say that the policies on eviction, crowd behaviour were well and truely ventilated by AO administration before the tournament, and before every tournament, and the T&Cs of entry framed accordingly. So AO seems to have made a decision that what you experiened was quite OK; adds to the 'colour'.
