My local BWS (VIC) has Barossa Old Vine Company Shiraz for $30, down from $85. Not sure how wide spread it is and details on the wine are scant (TWC and TWF only have reviews for older vintages).

Any way, worth a throw at the stumps for $30 a bottle.

Thanks for the heads up. My local BWS had it in stock online, but when I went to checkout, the system said it was out of stock.
I went to the local DM and got it (2015 vintage, not 2016 as listed online at BWS and DM) price beat (edit: not matched) for $29.
This was a better discount than the 55c I would have received with the 2% CR.
Checked again and it's now out of stock on BWS online for the same store.

No, I ended up cancelling the whole thing. They promised me this and that and it will be around early June. I then call them again they basically says no stock and ask if I want other wines instead.

No, I ended up cancelling the whole thing. They promised me this and that and it will be around early June. I then call them again they basically says no stock and ask if I want other wines instead.

I contacted them via the chat as the order was still showing as "processing". The chat said that stock was low (Elderton Command) but that it should be processed soon.

And as per @SOPOOR's post, the transaction has disappeared from my Amex too. I won't be at all impressed if the Amex and CR amounts aren't paid.

I just noticed that the charges dropped off my Amex account as well, I think I might cancel the order before they ship and have to do with the return process.

Same same. I received the email from Amex saying I’d used my Laithwaites wine offer so I’m hoping that at worst when it finally goes through it will be a phone call to sort out

Apparently the offer is valid till June 30th on Amex.

I can confirm the charge was dropped, however I wonder if this will void cashback.
