It also just appeared for me. Customer service advised that they were looking into raising the subscription limit so perhaps that's what's happened. All in all, an "Amex Experience" that's probably more unimpressive than the points are even worth.

Yeah, “3000” was pretty low. Normally 30,000?Checked again at 4pm, there. Activated.
I’m guessing someone coughed up somewhere.
I check the app most morning but failing that, subscribing to this thread is a must!Well, i heard it here first and activated yesterday morning.
I'm obviously of less value to them as I didn't receive the offer email at all.Customer service advised me to "enroll to one of the other offers". Shows how much value I am to them, for my annual $1450 fee.
I didn't receive the offer email either. Still I logged-in and enrolled 2 cards.I'm obviously of less value to them as I didn't receive the offer email at all.
I logged in as well, but no offers for meI didn't receive the offer email either. Still I logged-in and enrolled 2 cards.

If this is the one I'm thinking of (and that people complain about downthread as being oversubscribed by the time they got the email) then it's on all spend, whereas @sudoer has I think the Amex Travel one.I got the 5 x amex up to 2500 on a plat charge - prefer to have got sudoer's offer
Plat charge and just got saved this one
5x Amex bonus points up to 2,500 points
Pathetic offer given my monthly spend, not sure why they bother.

I doubt regular spenders are the target here. Suspect they're trying to encourage those who don't use their card much to get spending.
SO good "with no limit to the points you can earn" then getting suspended and then getting ALL the points

The good old days... think I got about 200K out of it, so tiny compared to some othersMy spend is 30-60k per month.... so 2,500 points is not even noticeable.
