 Please read through all of the information provided which we have attached to ensure that you are aware of restrictions that are relevant to the days leading into and after New Years.   
 
 We would also like to let you know that due to popular demand, the hotel will be holding two dinner seatings for our New Years Eve dinner which will be held on the evening of the 31[SUP]st[/SUP] December. If you are interested, we strongly recommend that you book in advance to avoid any disappointment. In previous years the dinners have sold out.
 
 Dining options in the local area will be extremely limited in the local area due to the road closures and crowds. Our regular in-room dining menu will be extremely limited during this evening due to the demands placed on the hotel kitchen.

                          Only             registered guests will be permitted on the hotel premises after             12pm on the 31[SUP]st[/SUP]             of December 2013. The hotel entries will be manned by security             guards to ensure that guests enter the hotel only.
                          Unless             pre-booked and paid prior to check-in, rollaway beds will not be             available over this period.
             Only             registered hotel guests will be allowed to access the rooftop area             of the hotel to view the fireworks. Security will be on site to             verify guest details.
