stopovers and transit

Any news on transit restrictions in ADL when going to ASP? Qantas reservations was no help (Contact government). The NT government 1800 number is not accessible from WA. The Adelaide airport has no transit information (that I found). SO - If we transit ADL, what are the current NT restrictions...

Does Brisbane have hotels setup for transit use only? Or are people expected to sleep on the seats in the airport? Considering a status run.
