Well I'm under the impression they were supposed to cancel it all, but Qantas being Qantas, buggered that up too to our benefit. So now, since orders have "slipped" through left, right and centre, it's now very hard to cancel without discriminating one member against another.

Woke up and checked tracking and was pleased to see it out for delivery, which quickly turned to dismay when I saw the updated tracking. Called AusPost to ask what was going on as the address was correct. He called the Port Melbourne depot and was told that Qantas has recalled a bunch of deliveries. They have a list that aren’t to be delivered.

looks like I’ll be calling Qantas this morning!

So I was right - Qantas failed to cancel the orders in time to stop the delivery process starting.
Now it seems they are picking and choosing which orders to honour.

I had a Fastway delivery where the additional single bottle wasn’t delivered. Contacted Fastway and Qantas and eventually received a refund. 3 weeks later the single bottle appeared on my doorstep.
