QF offer frequency over EK. Not everyone can or wants to fly at the EK flight times.

I thought the same too, but now more often than not I make excuses to change my work schedule to fit around the EK flights.

Not quite TomVexille. A 7 hours multi-Club visitation (BA, AA, CX, No1 Traveller and finally EK). Looks like it turning out to be a long day sampling Champagne...and she managed to avoid the Chanel shop (not quite sure how she achieved that feat with all that walking)

Now everybody should be looking forward to that Trip Report, particularly UpInTheAir

Of course she has. It's been in the cupboard and she hasn't used it much. Even my mother used to use that line on my father years ago, though he never noticed anything.
I just hide the shopping bags!

I've also found that buying items of a similar colour works a treat too. I've a habit of updating technology frequently (love my gadgets) so explaining all the different cables is getting tricky.

Yes. It used to be that they used a slightly different micro usb. But have found recently there's more compatibility. The boxes need to be recycled immediately and covered with newspaper.
