The post time shows up as 11:31 pm Syd/Mel time. It's now 11:47 pm Syd/Mel time so the forum clock is 2-3 min slow.

And based on accurately gained time (vs this forum's time!), the entering of guesses is closed.

Perhaps a 5 min leeway is appropriate for those using wonky time sources?
