American Express Qantas Business Rewards or AMEX Business explorer

Hi there, newby to points and credit cards.. Trying to work out which if these I should get to start accruing points. I rarely travel for work. Wondering if it's better not to be tied to qantas, but am having trouble deciding

IME, I don’t have status with Qantas so if you’re looking for premium travel on international flights, might have better luck with a more flexible currency like MR where you have a bigger choice of redemptions than Qantas points unless … you’d like to get a toaster with your Qantas points.
