Amex Travel insurance: Covid Policy for Visas

Hi there!

Travelling to Vietnam soon and the country requires travel insurance with Covid coverage

Has anyone been in a similar situation.

Do you just show the coverage or do you need a certificate of currency and where do you think I would obtain that from?

I recently had the same thing going to Fiji.

I called Amex, and picked the option for insurance and spoke to someone there. After that they / Chubb emailed me a letter confirming coverage. Seems to be a common thing, they had a standard process / letter for it and it was accepted straight away at the airport.
