Annual travel insurance help please

Good morning , in the past I have purchased a mix of annual travel insurance and single trip, depending on what is happening each year . This year I need to purchase an annual policy. I have pre existing medical conditions, so not all policies work for me , we also need it to cover 60+ day travel . I have found a policy (I have used this company before) , but a new issue can only purchase 30 days before first trip , I’m very nervous about this , as I make more bookings. Does anyone have some advice or insurance company recommendations please ??? Thankyou

I don't think there are many that cover 60+ days on multi trip.

I have only been able purchase multi trip with 30 or 45 days maximum duration each trip that's with Australian departure cover.

Best Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance in the new COVID World?

Has anyone tried to call Southern Cross lately ? I am finding it difficult to get through them, and their call centre is only opened between 10am to 4pm. And do they reply to emails at all ?

SCTI will provide full medical cover for Covid, also allows tips up to 90 days
