Best *A lounge in SYD?

Flying TG F ex-SYD next week - from what I've read, in general the NZ lounge is the pick of the two *A lounges at SYD T1 (the other being SQ), but does this advice still hold true when taking into account the F part of the SQ lounge?

Do you mean the SQ lounge generally? Or the F part of the SQ lounge?
