Wow! What a catch (both of you).
Send them to our place, we have banksias in the back yard and are early risers. We used to have 3 black coughatoos that used to arrive in September and overnight in the banksia outside our bedroom window. the problem was they awake ~ 0400 and are very loud whilst they enjoy their breakfast.
This lot were surprisingly quiet, both arriving and leaving. Not their usual mode, for sure.We used to have 3 black coughatoos that used to arrive in September and overnight in the banksia outside our bedroom window. the problem was they awake ~ 0400 and are very loud whilst they enjoy their breakfast.
Love them. I'll see yours and raise two.The Tawny's watching me through my kitchen window. I am not sure if they have a nest there as I have had nesting Tawny's there before.
