What's the standard of FJ in J though?

This depends a lot on the a/c type.

About Qantas domestic equivalent on the 737 to the older type but very comfortable business on the 747. (No beds)

At a third the price of qf or va, good value for older style j cabin. Best part get 440sc for return trip.
