I had a fantastic CSM by the name of Alida Lucas on my flight from BNE to MEL yesterday (QF621 23FEB20). She was one of the politest and friendliest OBMs in recent memory. Alas, your hope is in vain..we are not one of their "supported" channels anymore. Their loss, as some of us have voted with our feet...although I am still in touch with Red Roo.Hopefully even with Red Roo gone... Qantas still do monitor and maybe this reminds people to give postive feedback as well as when necessary negative
Thanks for the tip - I have just done this!If I get great service I always jump on Twitter and send a tweet to Qantas with the flight number and crew name(s). They always respond and they most definitely do send the feedback down to the crew, it can make for a much more pleasant flight next time you are on their flight.
