Has anyone had any experience with booking business class flights with the provider out of the uk called Luxury Business Class?

I have not but I would advise caution - I did contact a similar outfit in the US once - and quickly came to the conclusion they were to be avoided - the agent seems to offering some leg as award fights using someone else's points. When I declined - he kept bombarding me with e-mails.
