A customer came to my store wanting to buy king size wool duvets.
King duvets are usually 5kg. We have a scale for customers to weigh it themselves.

The first one he weighed was 5kg. The second one was 5.5kg.

He then turned to me and said he wanted a discount on the 5kg one because it had less filling.

IMO, wanting to charge back the currency difference is as unreasonable as my customer.
