Burnt 240k on 10nt at Disneyworld in a 2 bed suite. Got US5cents per point so it was pretty good value.

I don't think they are that stupid to screw with it too much. I think the delay is partially driven by all the status matching being offered. They will let them have a taste and they will stay with SPG and then the status match will have expired by the time they announce the changes. So long as they keep the credit for 3 rooms I would probably stay.
