Combined cards (Visa/MC & amex/Diners)

I recall over recent months many of the major credit card providers launching either a AMEX or Diners club card to go with their Visa/MC mainly get around the RBA changes.

Besides ANZ does anyone know of credit card providers that currently have such a relationship on offer?

Westpac offer AMEX. Not sure who else.

HSBC offers AMEX. As I understand from another post, National is offering AMEX soon.
